Regulations of the facility

General information

1. Customers taking advantage of our services are obliged to comply with the provisions of present Regulations, health and safety regulations and fire safety regulations as well as comply to requests of the facility employees, in exceptional situations.
2. The strictly non-smoking policy applies to entire facility.
3. Rooms are rented for hotel days.
4. Check-in from 15:00 on the day of arrival, the day ends at 10:30 on the day of departure.
5. Lights-out period is valid from 22:00 to 6:00 in the morning.
6. Please do not rearrange the room equipment.
7. We would like to inform you that we are not responsible for customer's property left in the room.
8. The payment for the stay is collected in cash on the day of arrival, at the latest on the day of departure in accordance with the date set by you.
9. Extending the stay beyond the period set on the arrival day- please report to the owner one day before departure phone. + 48 506 810 809. As far as possible, we will gladly answer your request.
10. The guest bears full financial responsibility for any damage or destruction of items of equipment and technical devices, resulting from his fault or fault of guests visiting him.
11. Due to the requirements of fire protection and general safety in the rooms, it is not allowed to use heaters, microwaves, radiators, gas appliances, devices or apparatus powered by electricity, which do not constitute permanent room equipment. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for audio and video devices.
12. Personal belongings left by the visitor will be sent back to the indicated address at visitor’s expense. In case of not having such instructions, these items will be stored for a month and then destroyed.
13. People visiting our guests are kindly requested to leave the building by 22:00.
14. The guest has no right to transfer the room to other people, even if the period for which he/she paid has not expired.
15. On the premises of guesthouse there is a free car park, which is unguarded.
16. We are not responsible for things left in cars.
17. At the check-out, the key to the room door, after closing, should be left to the owner.
18. If the room key from or the chip to the main door is lost, fee of 50PLN is charged.
19. Ski equipment, ski boots, sleds, etc., please leave in a designated place.
